This policy explains what personal data Follokit collects, why, and the choices you have. Follokit is a brand operated by Vivek Rai, India (“we”, “us”). We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
Only service providers who help us run Follokit: our checkout and payment partners, our email provider, our website host (Netlify) and Meta (for ad measurement). They may process data only to provide their service. We never sell your personal data.
Order records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email hello@follokit.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Our products are meant for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18.
